Cyclist Tyler Hamilton, once a teammate of disgraced Lance Armstrong, sat down with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show on Friday.

He talked about how he started with his doping. He came clean in 2010. He also talked about Armstrong and the “code of silence” that cyclists had.
