It is called Radial Agenesis. That the is rare condition that the cat born without leg bones is suffering. The kitten’s name is Harvey, and he is so adorable. He is 4-month old and was rescued from a cruel owner.
Harvey is now under the care of Liz McCulloch, from Glasgow UK.
Despite not having bones on his front legs, he is still able to walk. Amazing cat!
