Taft High School Shooting: One Student Injured (VIDEO)

At least one student was injured on Thursday’s Taft High School shooting in California. KGET-TV in Bakersfield reported that the Kern County Sheriff’s deputies have already a suspect in custody, and believed to be a student. The victim, who suffered a gunshot wound, was airlifted to the area hospital.

Taft is a community of about 7,000 some 120 miles northwest of Los Angeles and about 40 miles southwest of downtown Bakersfield.
