Gay Navy Man, Pablo Monroy, Asks Partner For Marriage (VIDEO)

A gay Navy veteran, Pablo Monroy, told the story of how he asked his partner to marry him.

“Regardless of whatever happens, we’re going to have each other, and we’re just hoping to have that protected by law, and just be like all of our neighbors — a married, happy couple.”
