Manohar Aich won the 1952 Mr. Universe. Now at 100 years old, Aich still looks impressive with a ripped body! At 4’11”, the body builder says the secret to a long life is not taking things too seriously. His diet includes milk, fruits and vegetables, along with rice, lentils and fish.
