Art Clokey Birthday on Gumby Google Logo

I bet you have been to Google’s homepage already and have seen the interactive Google logo. Google is honoring stop motion clay animator, Art Clokey, by featuring a Gumby Google Doodle.

Clokey brought to life Gumby in a 1955 film called “Gumbasia”, followed by “The Gumby Show”, which spanned over 35 years on television.

Today, October 12, would have been Art Clokey’s 90th birthday.
