The 34-year-old True Blood actor, who filmed a scene with Matt Bomer, signed on to play a villain in a guest starring role – the news was announced in late June.
Joe plays an ex-con who’s been recently released from jail and will cause trouble when he moves in across the street from Peter and Elizabeth (played by Tim DeKay and Tiffani Thiessen).
