Thailand’s opposition party, led by 44-year-old businesswoman Yingluck Shinawatra, won a landslide victory in Thailand’s election. She now becomes the first woman prime minister in the country.

With nearly all votes counted, Yingluck’s party won a projected 261 seats with Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva’s Democrat Party taking 162, according to the Election Commission.

Yingluck’s brother is Thaksin, who was toppled as prime minister in a coup.
