Watch Old Short Films From Pixar
Look what Pixar used to make — the old films are amazing, even if they were made like 20 years ago.
Old Pixar Movie: Tin Toy – When a wind-up one-man band toy looks up and sees just how boisterous, BIG, and destructive the baby can be, he does everything he can to flee–even if it means hiding under the couch. But when the baby falls down and gets hurt, the tin toy has to decide on survival, or doing what a toy’s got to do.
Old Pixar Movie: The Adventures of André and Wally B.
Dawn, the forest. André is waking up. Soon, Wally is taunting him. André points the other way and, with Wally temporarily distracted, runs off. Wally quickly catches on and chases André; off camera, we hear a scream, and Wally flies back with a bent stinger.
Old Pixar Movie: Luxo Jr. – The only characters are two Anglepoise desk lamps, inspired by a Luxo brand task-light on John Lasseter’s desk. The small lamp, Luxo, Jr. plays with a small inflated rubber ball, chasing it and trying to balance on it as Luxo, the larger lamp reacts to these antics. The ball eventually deflates due to Luxo Jr. jumping on it. Luxo Jr. is admonished by Luxo, then finds and plays with an even larger ball.
Old Pixar Movie: Red’s Dream – The film is about a red unicycle named Red, who dreams of becoming the star in a circus act. In his dream, a clown called Lumpy is seen riding Red and juggling. He almost drops one of the balls, but Red bounces it with one of his pedals and gives it back to Lumpy. Lumpy then gets off of Red and continues juggling until he suddenly disappears, at which time Red begins to juggle the balls, and when he finishes, the crowd cheers. He starts to bow, and then soon wakes up, realizing it was just a dream. Sad, Red slowly goes back to the clearance section of the bike store, and falls back to sleep.
