Best Time to Watch Supermoon – Full Moon at its Best
Tonight, the moon will be closest point in its orbit around the Earth. The phenomenon called Supermoon is the first in 18 years. “The last full Moon so big and close to Earth occurred in March of 1993,” Geoff Chester of the US Naval Observatory said in a statement from NASA. “I’d say it’s worth a look.”
When the sky permits, you can start gazing at the moon around 8 PM UT. The most dramatic view of the Super Mon will come when it is near the horizon.
