Gabrielle Giffords Shot at Arizona Shooting
Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D) has reportedly been shot in the head in Tucson, Arizona according to NPR.org. The 40-year-old Democrat Giffords was holding a “Congress on Your Corner” event at a Safeway in northwest Tucson when a gunman ran up and started shooting.
The congresswoman’s condition was not immediately known.
Also, at least nine other people, including members of her staff were wounded in the Arizona Shooting.
