University of Texas UT Shooting at Campus

On Tuesday morning, a gunman fired at a library on the University of Texas at Austin campus before killing himself.

An gun-wielding man fired several shots inside a campus library, and killed himself with a gunshot wound early this morning, according to The Statesman.

No one on the Austin campus was reported injured, and cops are looking for a second suspect after witnesses described the shooter differently.

SWAT officers and explosive-sniffing bombs were dispersed on campus.

Update: Police said that the UT Austin gunman was student, acted alone.
