Janko Tipsarevic Defeats Andy Roddick

It is a sad day for the former tennis champion Andy Roddick. The 9th-seed American was defeated by 44th-ranked Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia on Wednesday night with a 3-6, 7-5, 6-3, 7-6 (4) in 2nd round of the US Tennis Open.

This is the first time Tipsarevic moves into the third round at the U.S. Open.
