I officially simply cannot hold out for this smart phone, just 2 days left and I just wish I could get my hands on one,. I have been reading a lot about the Google android 2.2 update that can come in August, just one more motive to be excited about this excellent phone. Motorola and Verizon wireless say they will certainly update the phone to Android 2.2 “late summer.” It will certainly be an over-the-air update. However out-of-the box on its July 15 launch it will have Android 2.1.
I have already been sense a little heat this a . m . from some individuals not desiring to think that the Droid X inventory may be confined on launch day, as we noted previously. Well we’ve simply got 5 additional screenshots from 5 fairly significant markets and I’d state again in which stock appears to end up being fairly limited to me. Some of the major retailers get up-wards of sixty units, but some might just have got a few devices. Now maybe these numbers tend to be above average for a Verizon wireless release, but for a device this large, I guess I simply thought stores would certainly could have tried to have been overstocked.
The Motorola DROID continues to present new possibilities everyday. We have had it for about 10 months and I have had a Blackberry attached to my body since September 1998. Being connected is really a essential aspect of my life so I am generally reachable by loved ones and co-workers. I’m a bit addicted on the Current market for DROID Applications. If the device had limitless memory I would check the capacity. I feel this OS is the way in the long term and intend to develop with all of you to learn it via and through. Thanks to the write-up.
Even as I like a bodily keyboard, after managing the Samsung Captivate for roughly quarter-hour, it’s arduous to move back. At this time I am debating whether to visit Verizon for the Droid X, cross to Dash for the EVO, or stick with AT&T for the Captivate…decisions, decisions.
