Arlington National Cemetery – National Memorial Day Observance
The National Memorial Day Observance program will begin with an Armed Forces Full Honor Wreath-laying at the Tomb of the Unknowns at 11 a.m. The observance program will commence in Memorial Amphitheater directly following the wreath-laying ceremony.

ORDER OF EVENTS:
7:30 a.m. – Media Center in the Visitors Center basement opens. Free parking is available in the Visitors Center parking lot. Shuttle will begin transporting media to the ceremony
8:00 a.m. – Cemetery opens to the general public and a free shuttle service will transport guests from the Visitors Center to the ceremony
9:30 a.m. – Media Center closes and last shuttle transports media to ceremony
10:30 a.m. – United States Navy Band begins the prelude concert inside Memorial Amphitheater.
11:00 a.m. – Wreath-laying ceremony is conducted at the Tomb of the Unknowns
11:15 a.m. – Observance program begins in Memorial Amphitheater.
