Coopers Beach Southampton New York – Best Beach in US 2010

A list of the top 10 Best Beaches in US has been released by Stephen P. Leatherman, director of Florida International University’s Laboratory for Coastal Research. He is known as Dr. Beach, as he has been compiling the list annually since 1991 using 50 criteria, including water quality and temperature, cleanliness, weather, sand, safety and facilities. This 2010, Coopers Beach in Southampton New York tops the list.
