Michael Ventrella has been declared the Biggest Loser 2010 winner on NBC’s Biggest Loser finale Tuesday night. Michael Ventrella started with a weight of 526 pounds and ended last night weighing in at just 262 pounds, that is losing 50.19 percent of his body weight.
