I think that if someone has a problem with the pic they should switch off their TV, click away from the website where they see it and get over themselves.
It isn’t indecent, or even provocative in any way. If you can’t see a woman’s breast without overreacting then you have bigger problems to deal with than whether public decency is at issue…
