2. Usama Bin Laden – reward of up to $25 million
3. Jason Derek Brown – reward of up to $100,000
4. James J. Bulger – $2,000,000 reward for information
5. Joe Luis Saenz – reward of up to $100,000
6. Robert William Fisher – reward of up to $100,000
7. Victor Manuel Gerena – a reward of up to one million dollars
8. Glen Stewart Godwin – reward of up to $100,000
9. Semion Mogilevich – a reward of up to $100,000
10. Alexis Flores – a reward of up to $100,000
