Shooting at Danbury Hospital
Something for sure has been bothering an elderly patient when he pulled a gun and started shooting inside the Danbury Hospital in Connecticut, around 2:34 p.m. Tuesday.
The Danbury Hospital shooting left a nursing supervisor injured and accidentally shot himself after the attack while being restrained.
Police haven’t said why the shooter had a gun in the hospital.
Danbury Hospital officials say they’re continuing to admit and treat patients. The 12-floor hospital has nearly 400 beds and 4,000 employees.
