Carrie Underwood is off the market! The country singer to set to wed Ottawa Senators player Mike Fisher, People.com reports.
“I’m happy to confirm that Carrie Underwood is engaged to Mike Fisher, and the couple couldn’t be happier,” her rep confirmed. “No wedding date has been set at this time.”
The hockey hunk confirmed the news just before preparing for tonight’s game against the Boston Bruins, reports the Ottawa Sun.“It’s true,” he said. “We’re both obviously excited and very happy.”
Fisher, 29, reportedly proposed to the 26-year-old singer at his home Sunday afternoon, before sharing the news with his friends later that day.
