Projo or Providence Journal newspaper website is now back and running at about 11 a.m. Tuesday. The site was down for more than three hours for some technical problems. Visitors of the site were prompted by “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable” errors. The Journal website last experienced a major outage in July 2009.
