Anis Amri Identified As Suspect by German Federal Criminal Police Office

The German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) has released a statement and the photo of the suspect, Anis Amri, who is searched for in connection to the December 19, 2016 Berlin attacks.

In connection with the events taking place at #Breitscheidplatz in Berlin on 19 December 2016, the Federal Prosecutor General’s Office (Bundesanwaltschaft) and the Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt BKA) ask for your assistance regarding the searches for a person suspected on probable cause. Please contact the police if you see the wanted person. Do not put yourself at risk as the person could be violent and armed. A reward of up to EUR 100,000 is being offered for any information leading to the apprehension of the wanted person. Please see the BKA’s website for further information.
