West Michigan Weather: Winter Storm To Hit Region on Saturday

Michigan officials issued a winter weather advisory for the region on Saturday. Authorities said to expect winds gusting as high as 35 mph and 1-2 inches of snow, with heavier amounts north of M-46, news outlets reported. Roads are expected to be slippery in the evening.

Sunday morning starts out quiet with snow moving in from clipper number two.

This system could produce 3-6 inches of snow by the end of the weekend.
