184 Personal Flying Vehicle (PFV) Drone Can Fly A Human

Ehang, the Chinese company that brought the Ghost drone, has announced a new drone, the “184” Personal Flying Vehicle (PFV). It’s about the size of a small car and could transport one person (up to 260 pounds) anywhere within a 10 mile/23 min flight time reach.

Specifications:
– The 184 drone has one passenger, eight propellors, and four arms.
– Stands about 4.9 feet (1.5 meters) tall and weighs roughly 440 pounds (200 kilograms).
– Maximum load capacity of 220 pounds.
– Maximum output of 106W, powered by it’s eight motors.
– May fly for about 23 minutes, at an average cruising speed of 62 miles per hour (100 km/hr).
