Jessica Sanchez Sings “On a Clear Day” at the APEC 2015

Filipino-American artist and American Idol runner-up, Jessica Sanchez, performed “On a Clear Day” at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2015 forum Wednesday night in Manila, Philippines.

Leaders from 21 nations, including President Barack Obama, was part of the summit.
