World’s Smallest Deer, Southern Pudu, Born At Wildlife Conservation Society Queens Zoo in New York

A male southern pudu, the world’s smallest deer species, was born at the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Queens Zoo in New York on May 12, the zoo confirmed.

“The perfect cure for just about any ailment: a picture of our our newborn pudu! He was born in May, stop by and give him a proper welcome.”
