Baby Missing From Home Where Parents Were Shot (PHOTO)
Below is the photo of the baby missing from home where her parents and uncle were shot. Long Beach Police Department released a photo of baby Eliza Delacruz sleeping on a red blanket in a ruffled white dress with a white bow in her hair.
Long Beach police say 3-week-old Eliza Delacruz is missing from a home where the baby’s mother, father and uncle were found shot. Long Beach police spokeswoman Marlene Arrona says officers went to the residence Saturday evening, January 3, 2015, after receiving a call about the shooting.
Officers found two brothers and the baby’s mother with gunshot wounds. Arrona says one of the brothers was the father of the baby. The adult male suspect and the 10-pound baby girl Eliza Delacruz are the focus of an urgent police search.
Authorities asked anyone who knows of someone bringing home an infant under suspicious circumstances to call the police or take the child to a police station, hospital or fire station.
