Megan Asadi was working her regular shift at a Herndon, Virginia restaurant when a table of ten she was serving left a $1,200 dollar tip on a $128 tab. That’s a record-breaking 946% tip.

The single mom is a refugee from Iran that just became a U.S. citizen.

Megan said she’ll spend all of the cash she got on her kids. “I’m going to surprise them,” she said. “Take them to the mall and tell them, ‘Buy everything you want.'”

This is not the first time this group of people have tipped servers this big! For the group’s 10th anniversary last year, they tipped $1,440 on a $197 bill (731%) to Kevin at Silver Diner. They even have a website, tipbombs.com, where they’ve posted videos of their annual Christmas surprises.
