Ken Weatherwax Dead: The Addams Family Actor Dies At 59

Weatherwax is best known for playing Pugsley Addams on the original “Addams Family” television series, later voicing the character in the animated series and playing Pugsley Sr. in TV movie, “Halloween with the New Addams Family.”

A woman saying she is Weatherwax’s niece, posted this note on Facebook:

JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT MY UNCLE KEN WEATHERWAX ( PLEASE LOOK HIM UP) WHO PLAYED PUGSLEY FROM THE ADDAM’S FAMILY DIED TODAY FROM A HEART ATTACK. SO WHEN YOU HEAR THE THEME SONG PLEASE THINK OF ME!!!……LOL!…….. YOU WILL SEE HIM ON TMZ AND THE NEWS………. RIP UNCLE!……. LOVE YOU!!…..XOXO

Weatherwax died on December 7, 2014 of a heart attack at his home in West Hills, California.
