Jesus Juan Pablo di Pace NBC Choice For Jesus Role In TV Series A.D.

According to a report from People, Juan Pablo di Pace, actor from Argentina, will play the role of Jesus in NBC’s sequel to The Bible, titled A.D.

The new TV series is scheduled to premiere on Easter Sunday 2015.

NBC will air 12 episodes of the series from executive producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey.

Di Pace was cast as series regular billionaire businessman Nicolas Trevino for season 3 of the TNT drama series Dallas.
