It looked like we already have the confirmation. Austin Mahone’s girlfriend is Camila Cabello, from the girl group Fifth Harmony. During Bravo’s Watch What Happens! Live Monday night, host Andy Cohen asked the girls, “Hold on, who’s the Mahonie girlfriend?” Camila Cabello said “It would be me.” She also said that she’d known Austin for quite a long time.
