Still ALive Hammerhead Shark Dragged Through Street (VIDEO)

This video has been circulating on Facebook and other social media showing of a man dragging an alive Hammerhead Shark through the street.

The shark reportedly had washed ashore at Praia do Cristo in Brazil.
