“JR is one of those rare individuals who truly lives life to the fullest and waits for no man,” said Tracy Roenick, managing partner of RoenickLife. “He is “high definition” all the way and we wanted to create a website and blog that really captured JR as a person—who he really is, what he values, how he views the world and where he’s going next. The site, which was created by Panther Marketing of Scottsdale, is loaded with photos, video clips, interviews and content that give fans a very personal look at JR and his accomplishments as a legendary hockey player, businessman, sports analyst, golfer and family guy who enjoys giving back every chance he gets.”

Known and respected as one of the most fan friendly professional athletes in the industry, Roenick said that the real impetus for creating www.roenicklife.com was to connect with his fan base. “This is a great way to keep my fans and friends all over the world informed. The site gives them a place to go to relive those golden days in the NHL and to see how life after hockey is evolving for me.”

Roenick said he is excited to start blogging in time for the Sochi games. “I think I was made to blog because I’m certainly not afraid to have an opinion and I like to think it’s an informed one. I’m anxious to share my take on Sochi, the inside drama of the Olympics and the incredibly gifted athletes. As a former Olympian, I know what it’s like to compete on a world stage and how important it is to represent your country and bring home a medal. Beyond the games, I will always speak openly and honestly in my blog about sports. It’s always fun unless you’re too soft, so keep your head up.”

In addition to his blog, visitors can access JR’s social media feeds on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube directly from www.roenicklife.com.
