Houston Marathon 2014 Results and Winners

Congratulations to the Houston Marathon 2014 winners! About 25,000 runners joined the marathon on Sunday.  See the full results below.

For the men category, Ethiopian Bazu Worku was the first placer, finishing the Chevron Houston Marathon in 2:07:32. It was the third-fastest time in race history. His fellow Ethiopian runner Getachew Terfa finished second, crossing the line 22 seconds later at 2:07:54. Mexican Jose Antonio Uribe shattered his personal best with a 2:08:54 to place third.

For the women category, Ethiopian Abebech Bekele finished first, winning her first marathon in 2:25:52.
