Justin Bieber in Tacloban Philippines: Visits Typhoon Victims (VIDEO)
Surprise! Singing superstar Justin Bieber surprised the residents of Tacloban Philippines when he visited the typhoon-devastated area on December 10th. According to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Justin himself volunteered to visit the city, to raise funds for the typhoon survivors.
Justin Bieber stayed in Tacloban for two hours. He visited the City Central School and San Jose Elementary school.
