Skipping Breakfast Is Linked To Higher Risk of Heart Disease

A study suggests that men who often are skipping breakfast had a 27 percent higher risk of developing heart disease. The study conducted at Harvard University was published in a prestigious journal “Circulation.”

About 27,000 people were studied in the research over 16 year period.
