Boston Suspect ID’d? FBI To Hold Press Conference

Boston suspect ID’d? That is the question that begs answer today as news channels, including the Associated Press and CNN, falsely reported that a suspect of the Boston marathon bombings has been taken into custody by police. The Boston Police Department has denied that an arrest was made.

However, investigators said that they have made “significant progress”, which includes singling out a suspect from a video footage taken from the site of the Boston Marathon explosion. To reiterate, no name has been released, nor an arrest has been made.

The FBI is scheduled to hold a press conference at 5 p.m. today, Wednesday.
