Manti Te’o 40 Time Run Improves (VIDEO)

Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o to improve his 40-yard dash time at his pro day on Tuesday.The Fighting Irish linebacker improved on his 40-yard-dash time, running a 4.75 and 4.71.Te’o, who has probably spent more time than he would like in the spotlight, told reporters that he would not be attending the NFL Draft in New York.
