North Korea Cuts Off Hotline With South Korea (VIDEO)
North Korea has officially cut off a hotline and non-agression pact with South Korea. It also shut down its borders, saying Washington and Seoul are responsible for ruining nuclear disarmament talks. That’s after Pyongyang threatened America with a pre-emptive nuclear strike, following a UN vote approving more sanctions.
