Susan Boyle Film Debut in The Christmas Candle

British singing sensation, Susan Boyle, will make her film debut in John Stephenson’s The Christmas Candle. The movie also casts Hans Matheson (Clash of the Titans), Samantha Barks (Les Miserables) and Lesley Manville (Another Year).

The Christmas Candle is a timeless and inspirational story based on the novel by bestselling author, Max Lucado.

The Christmas Candle started shooting this week on location in the U.K. and the Isle of Man.
