Oklahoma Road Conditions For December 26, 2012

Here is the latest Oklahoma road conditions as released by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety on December 26, 2012 at 7:15AM.

TROOP A- The roads remain slick in spots for Canadian, Cleveland, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie Counties. Motorists should exercise caution when approaching bridges and overpasses. 12/26/12 @ 0715hrs KMW

TROOP B- There are no known hazardous conditions currently in this area.

TROOP C- Sequoyah, Haskell and McIntosh county still have roadways with slick spots. Traffic is moving at this time in these areas, but expect to see patches of ice. 12/26/2012 1020 hours NJC

TROOP D- TROOP D- Conditions in Seminole, Okfuskee, Hughes, Pittsburg,Latimer and Leflore counties are all slick and hazardous all travel is discouraged. 12-26-12 0600 JM

TROOP E- ATOKA, COAL, MCCURTAIN, AND PUSHMATAHA COUNTIES REMAIN SLICK AND HAZARDOUS. BRYAN AND CHOCTAW COUNTIES WELL TRAVELED ROADS ARE SLICK IN SPOTS, WITH SLICK BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. ALL TEMPS WELL BELOW FREEZING. THERE ARE NO ACCIDENTS CURRENTLY BEING WORKED IN TROOP E 12/26 0615 HRS

TROOP F- All roadways in Love, Carter, Murray, Garvin, Johnston, Marshall and Pontotoc counties, including I-35 from the Oklahoma/Texas state line to mile marker 81, are slick and hazardous as temperatures remain below freezing. Travel is discouraged. 0643 12/26/12 RL

TROOP G- Caddo, Grady, Comanche, Stephens, Cotton, and Jefferson counties are still mostly slick and hazardous. All travel is discouraged at this time…tmc 0555 hrs. 12-26-2012

TROOP H- Roadways in Custer, Beckham, Dewey, Roger Mills, and Washita Counties still considered slick and hazardous with bridges and overpasses being the worst. I-40 open and traffic moving. No new accidents reported throughout the night. 12/26/12 0557 hrs pm

TROOP I- Roadways have some slick areas due to blowing snow from yesterday. No precipitation is currently falling. Counties included are Cimarron, Texas, Beaver, Harper, Ellis and Woodward. mab 0731 12/26/12

TROOP J- MAJOR COUNTY, GRANT COUNTY, ALFALFA COUNTY AND WOODS COUNTY ROADS ARE CLEAR. BLAINE COUNTY ROADS ARE STILL SLICK AND HAZARDOUS FROM THE FREEZING RAIN THAT THEY RECEIVED EARLIER IN THE DAY. KINGFISHER COUNTY AND GARFIELD COUNTY ROADS ARE SLICK IN SPOTS, USE EXTRA CAUTION ON THE BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. CKH 12/26/2012 07:30

TROOP K- In areas where precipitation has fallen, roads are still slick in spots. Troop K/kls 12-25-12 1357 hrs

TROOP L- There are no known hazardous conditions currently in this area. MJG 12/26/12 1041 HRS.

TROOP M- There are no known hazardous conditions currently in this area.
