TV Ratings New Year’s Eve Saturday

ABC’s three hours of Rockin’ New Year’s Eve show with Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest clearly dominated the night with 12.9 million viewers. NBC’s “New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly” was far behind with 3.03 million viewers.
