Project Runway Winner is Anya Ayoung-Chee

Anya Ayoung-Chee was declared season 9’s Project Runway winner in last night’s part 2 of the finale. Anya beat the other three finalists — Josh McKinley, Viktor Luna, and Kimberly Goldson — after they presented their collections at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
