Usain Bolt Eliminated Due To False Start (Video)

I was so excited to see Usain Bolt run in Sunday’s world championships 100 meter final in South Korea after his impressive performance to the semi-finals.

But I was disappointed that Usain Bolt was disqualified from the final race after a false start. The “one and done” rule has been on the books since 2010 and has led to a number of high-profile athletes getting kicked out of races before they begin.

I am not loving this rule. They should give a runner another chance.
