Jay Blumenkopf – Hoda Kotb Boyfriend on The Today Show (video)

There was a big surprise for birthday celebrator Hoda Kotb on The Today Show this morning. Her boyfriend, Jay Blumenkopf, appeared on TV for the very first time.

Hoda’s boyfriend arrived on the show’s set with flowers and a huge kiss.

Jay Blumenkopf Biography
Jay Blumenkopf is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, representing corporations and insurance companies in matters throughout the United States. He devotes a substantial part of his practice to the defense of employment and benefits claims, as well as the defense of insurance coverage and bad faith claims. His background includes practicing at large law firms, including Proskauer Rose LLP and Yoss LLP.

Mr. Blumenkopf is a frequent lecturer and is involved in many professional activities. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., Civil Trial Manual and been a member of the faculty of New York Law School, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and the Hofstra Law School Trial Techniques Program. He has authored numerous articles in legal publications.
