Casey Anthony Verdict Not Guilty of Killing Caylee Anthony

The Casey Anthony case has come to a close today with a verdict of not guilty. A Florida jury cleared mother Casey Anthony on Tuesday of murdering her daughter Caylee.

The seven women and five men of the Florida jury deliberated for more than 10 hours just to acquit Casey of the first three charges: murder in the first degree, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated manslaughter of a child. But she was convicted of the four counts of providing false information to law enforcement officials.

The maximum sentence is one year per count.
