Joe Manganiello Workout Routine Video

The True Blood star, Joe Manganiello, shared his workout routine to Details Magazine. He calls it the “Werewolf” workout.

Some of the exercises he do:

– One-legged squat – The move increases balance and strength

– Cable Flys – He focuses on lighter weights and more reps for longer, leaner muscle mass

– Pull-ups – Loop a resistance band around the bar and hook your knee unto it to make the exercise easier

– Curls – Joe starts every morning with a fat-burning cardio on an empty stomach

– Diamond push-ups – Use the diamond push-up to build bigger triceps.

– Bench Press – Joe hits his chest twice a week.

– Dips with Leg Raise – It’s a two-in-one move that chisels the abs

– Crazy crunch – Keep your back straight to avoid injuring your spine.
