Rose Bowl Sold Out For 2011 Gold Cup Final On June 25

The 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup Final at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., on Saturday, June 25 at 6 p.m. PT is officially sold out, with a crowd of more than 90,000 fans expected. The match features the United States vs. Mexico in the Gold Cup final for the third consecutive time. The U.S. won in 2007 and Mexico prevailed in 2009.

Tickets will NOT be available at the stadium box office on game day. Those without tickets will not be permitted in the stadium area on game day, as tickets will not be on sale. If fans have purchased tickets from Ticketmaster, advance pick up is available at the Rose Bowl ticket office located at Gate B daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Fans attending the Gold Cup Final are urged to arrive to the stadium very early (before 4 p.m.) to avoid traffic, long ticket will call lines and any parking delays. Fans arriving after 4 p.m. can expect a long walk to the stadium and may even possibly be late for the start of the match.

Fans are also encouraged to arrive early to enjoy Futbol Fiesta, a 120,000 sq. ft. interactive fan area featuring live music, interactive elements, giveaways and a beer garden. Futbol Fiesta will open at 2 p.m. in Area H on the South end of the Rose Bowl.

Finally, fans are encouraged to carpool or utilize alternative means of transportation like the Metro Gold Line or the Old Pasadena Shuttle Bus, which is free and begins service at 3 p.m. and runs until 90 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

Parking is $20 for cars and $40 for busses/RV’s (Lot K) and limousines (West Drive). Handicap parking is also available for $20 in Lots B, D and F. All lots open at 12 p.m., and all parking fees must be paid with cash only.
