Huguette Clark Dies at 104

The multi-millionaire heiress, Huguette Clark, died in New York City on Tuesday at age 104. She left behind a $500 million fortune, including a $100 million estate in Santa Barbara, a $23 million country home in Connecticut and a $100 million Fifth Avenue apartment, according to People.

“Clark had refused visitors for years and didn’t want anyone, including family, to know her whereabouts, according to her lawyer Wallace Bock. She was so fiercely private that she was registered at the hospital under a fake name and even made one of her lawyers speak to her through a door.

Clark married once, but later divorced and had no children. The beneficiaries of her will have not been revealed.”
